Senior Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) - 3 years PQE
Location: North Devon
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join a growing Residential Property team in the beautiful North Devon area. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you'll be able to manage your own caseload while receiving appropriate support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity (freehold and leasehold)
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction
• Handle more complex matters such as development work, shared ownership, easements and bespoke drafting
• Maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business and ensuring a positive client experience
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal processes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support where required and assisting in the development of junior team members

About You:

• Ideally at least 3 years' PQE working as a residential conveyancing fee earner in a busy environment
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience across a wide range of residential transactions, with willingness to handle more complex matters
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A client focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to market demands
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to problem solving
