Energy Projects Associate / Senior Associate (5+ PQE) - Bristol

The Role
- Work as a senior member of a fast growing Energy & Resource Management team operating at the forefront of the UK's net zero transition.
- Lead on the procurement, structuring and delivery of major energy and resource management projects.
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial and project contracts.
- Advise developers, government departments, local authorities and major energy operators.
- Support projects across heat networks, solar and battery storage, hydrogen, EV infrastructure, carbon capture, energy from waste and wider decarbonisation initiatives.
- Help shape the direction of a team recognised for technical excellence and sustainability leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ PQE with strong commercial contracts, projects or PFI/PPP experience.
- Ability to handle complex issues pragmatically and commercially.
- Confident leading day to day client relationships with partner support.
- Experience supervising junior lawyers and coordinating multi disciplinary advice.
- Interest in business development and growing a specialist practice.
- A collaborative, positive and flexible approach.
- Enthusiasm for the energy, sustainability and resource management sectors.
