Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 (depending on experience)

A respected regional practice is seeking a Senior Associate (7+ PQE) to join its specialist Contentious Trusts & Estates team in Bristol. The team handles complex, high value disputes and is recognised for its strong reputation and high profile work across the region.

The Role
You will work on a broad range of contentious matters, including:

• Will disputes
• Claims under the Inheritance Act
• Executor and trustee disputes
• Professional negligence claims arising from estate and trust administration
• Complex, multi party and high value disputes
• Managing your own caseload with autonomy
• Supporting team development and client relationship growth

Clients include high net worth individuals, business owners, executors, trustees, charities and rural clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in contentious trusts and estates
• Strong technical expertise and experience in contentious private wealth work
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Confident managing complex matters and competing deadlines
• Enthusiastic about client contact, networking and business development
• Organised, resilient and collaborative
