Solicitor - Dispute Resolution - Cardiff - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding team based in Cardiff. This role is ideal for a talented solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is keen to develop their career within a forward-thinking and ambitious practice. The successful candidate will work on a diverse and challenging caseload, gaining exposure to high-quality disputes while playing a key role in the team's continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes, including contract, property, and shareholder matters
• Advising clients through all stages of dispute resolution, from negotiation to litigation
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and key legal documents to a high standard
• Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums

The ideal candidate will be confident, commercially aware, and capable of managing matters independently. Strong advocacy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.
