Senior Solicitor - Personal Injury (Multi-Track) - Bristol / Hybrid - 5+ PQE
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 + benefits (depending on experience)

A leading national claimant law firm is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join its highly regarded Multi-Track Accidents team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to handle complex, high-value claims and play a key role within a collaborative and purpose-driven team.

The Role
You will manage a caseload of high-value, complex personal injury claims typically ranging from £250,000 to £1,000,000, including:

  • Road traffic accident claims
  • Workplace accident claims
  • Public liability matters
  • Serious injury cases involving substantial quantum


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing claims from initial instruction through to resolution or trial
  • Developing case strategies and progressing litigation efficiently
  • Instructing counsel and medical/technical experts
  • Preparing for and attending Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs) and ADR
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
  • Ensuring files are managed in line with best practice and compliance standards


In addition, you will:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Share best practice and contribute to team performance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider department


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:

  • 5+ years' PQE in Personal Injury litigation
  • Strong experience handling multi-track, high-value claims
  • Confidence managing cases valued between £250,000 - £1,000,000
  • Excellent understanding of litigation procedure and strategy
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues (desirable)
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
