Private Property & Agriculture - Associate / Senior Associate - Taunton

Depending on your experience, this opportunity can be either at Associate or Senior Associate level.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of rural and agricultural property matters, including high value rural homes, farms, estates and unregistered land.
- Advise on complex transactions involving diversification, renewable energy projects and environmental issues.
- Handle the full range of rural property work: support payments, tenancies, rights of way, environmental considerations and secured lending.
- Work on landlord and tenant matters under key agricultural legislation.
- Collaborate with planning, estate planning and litigation teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients including estates, farming families, investors and banks.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong academics.
- Confident managing your own workload and communicating with clients.
- Team focused, organised and commercially aware.
- Keen to develop technical skills and contribute to business development.
