Commercial Property Solicitor - Cardiff

Our client is a top 100 UK law firm with a strong national presence and Legal 500 ranked commercial property team.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their large and highly regarded team in central Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and ambitious firm offering high-quality work and clear opportunities for progression.

The Role
You will be advising a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and public sector organisations across a wide range of commercial property matters.

Your caseload will include:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including telecoms leases
  • Portfolio asset management work
  • Corporate real estate support
  • Development and infrastructure projects


You will manage your own matters from instruction through to completion, while also supporting wider team projects and working closely with Partners and senior colleagues.

The role offers exposure to high-quality, varied work including strategic investment matters, corporate transactions and fast-evolving telecoms and infrastructure projects.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Have experience in commercial property law (level of PQE flexible)
  • Possess strong technical ability and commercial awareness
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
  • Be highly organised with strong time management capabilities
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment
