A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a respected multi office Wiltshire law firm seeking a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team in Trowbridge.

The Role
You'll support a diverse client base and advise on a wide spectrum of commercial work, including:

• Business sales, acquisitions and mergers
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Shareholder agreements and corporate structuring
• Franchising, agency agreements and business start ups

You'll have the chance to develop your own thriving desk while contributing to a collaborative, well regarded team.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3-5 years' PQE in company and commercial matters (though those with slightly less experience are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills and a commercially focused mindset
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, steady approach and the ability to work well under pressure
