A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive with 5+ years' relevant litigation experience to join its established Catastrophic Injury team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value, complex personal injury matters within a collaborative, high performing environment that values quality, efficiency, and client service.

The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting the investigation and management of complex and catastrophic injury claims, including:

  • Assisting on high value EL/PL and motor claims
  • Handling sensitive matters, including those attracting national media attention
  • Preparing detailed medical chronologies
  • Arranging expert appointments and conferences with counsel
  • Assisting with disclosure management
  • Supporting senior fee earners on large, multi party cases
  • Helping to train and mentor a junior Litigation Associate


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced litigation professional with:

  • 5-6+ years' experience in personal injury defence work
  • Strong understanding of EL/PL and motor liability claims
  • Proven ability to prepare complex medical chronologies
  • Experience working on large cases within a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
  • A proactive, motivated approach to case management
