Employment Law Solicitor - Bristol or Gloucester

Join a well established national law firm with a strong commercial focus as it grows its Employment Law offering across the South West.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload for both employers and employees, including advocacy where appropriate.
• Provide clear, confident advice across all areas of Employment Law.
• Support colleagues on complex matters and advise the commercial team on employment aspects of transactions.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development through networking, articles and seminars.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and supervise trainees as the team expands.
• Maintain accurate records, meet billing targets and uphold professional and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with around 3-5 years' PQE
• Strong Employment Law experience in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and client care skills.
• Confident in business development and growing a client base.
• Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
