A leading national firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial team with the addition of an experienced lawyer focusing on digital and technology matters.

This team advises major corporates, public bodies, and international organisations on some of the most significant technology-driven projects in the market. The role spans complex commercial technology work, large scale digital transformation programmes, data protection and cybersecurity matters, and advisory work on fast‑evolving areas such as AI and automation.

You'll be involved in high value, strategically important mandates, many of which have a cross-border element and require close collaboration with overseas counsel. The team works across a broad range of industries, supporting clients as they implement new digital infrastructure, adopt emerging technologies, and navigate the regulatory landscape that surrounds them.
