A leading South Coast law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its well-regarded and expanding Commercial Property team. This is a strong opportunity to work within a collaborative, close-knit practice known for its progressive outlook and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, refinances and the drafting and negotiation of associated documentation and more. You will work closely with a diverse client base, alongside supportive colleagues and highly regarded senior lawyers, with a focus on teamwork, initiative and client service.
