Residential Property Quotation Specialist
An established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Quotation Specialist to join its team. This role focuses on providing clear, accurate and engaging residential property quotes to prospective clients, helping them understand the firm's services and driving strong conversion rates from enquiry to instruction. The position involves both inbound and outbound communication, relationship‑building with introducers, and supporting wider administrative and client‑care functions.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from prospective and existing clients, introducers and brokers requesting residential property quotes
- Making outbound calls to follow up on outstanding quotes and warm leads
- Converting initial enquiries into instructions in line with agreed targets
- Maintaining professional relationships with local introducers and brokers through regular communication
- Providing accurate conveyancing quotes and clear service information to help clients make informed decisions
- Responding to client and introducer email enquiries professionally and promptly
- Upselling and cross‑selling additional legal services where appropriate
- Completing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments, including the team leader
- Recording trends and reasons why clients choose not to instruct, and sharing insights with the team leader
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism in all phone and email interactions
- Supporting additional administrative tasks as required by the team leader or Director
Requirements
- Experience in customer or client sales conversion, including objection handling
- Strong people skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Experience or knowledge of residential property or conveyancing is desirable but not essential
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, resilient and effective under pressure
- Proactive in contacting clients via phone and email
- Highly self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
