Associate - Personal Injury - Plymouth
Step into a role where your work genuinely changes lives. As a Personal Injury Associate in this tier 1 ranked team, you'll be supporting clients through some of their toughest moments helping them secure compensation, rehabilitation, and long-term security after serious injury.
You'll be handling a varied caseload, from road traffic accidents to workplace and product liability claims, guiding each matter from first instruction through to resolution or trial. Expect to be drafting pleadings, shaping case strategy, and working closely with experts, barristers, and insurers all while providing clear, compassionate advice to clients who need it most.
This opportunity suits someone with NQ-5 years PQE in personal injury litigation (claimant or defendant), with strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage complex cases. Just as important is your mindset: empathetic, client-focused, and motivated to help people rebuild their lives.
