Solicitor - Family Law - Dorset - 2+ Years PQE

Location: Dorset

Salary: £45,000 to £70,000, depending on experience

A well-regarded law firm is seeking a qualified Family Law Solicitor to join its team in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department, managing a high-quality caseload while contributing to the continued growth of a busy and supportive practice.

The Role

You'll be responsible for handling a broad range of family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedies and settlements
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
* Liaising with clients and professionals with empathy and discretion
* Supporting marketing and networking initiatives
* Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 2+ years PQE in family law
* A strong background in handling complex and sensitive matters
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A team-focused and flexible approach
* High attention to detail and professional integrity
* A proactive attitude toward business development and networking
