My client is a market-leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm who are offering a compelling opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a specialist team with a strong reputation in Community Care and Welfare Law. This role offers significant autonomy in managing a complex caseload involving Court of Protection work, statutory funding, and various public law matters focused on crucial and life-changing decisions and processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, contributing to strategic casework, team strategy and mentoring junior colleagues.
