About the Role
You'll handle complex property and financial affairs cases, providing expert legal guidance to individuals who need professional assistance. You'll also advise on health and welfare matters, ensuring vulnerable clients receive the support they deserve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a broad range of Court of Protection cases.
- Building strong client relationships and offering tailored legal solutions.
- Contributing to the team's continued success through business development.
- Mentoring junior lawyers and working collaboratively with leading professionals.
What the firm are looking for:
- 4+ years PQE in Court of Protection or Mental Capacity law.
- A proven ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism.
- A client-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Passion for supporting individuals through complex legal matters.
