What we're looking for
We are recruiting for legal recruitment consultants to be based in London, Bristol and Birmingham to expand our private practice, in-house and paralegal teams. Previous legal recruitment experience is preferable, but we will consider applicants with a proven fee-earning record in other professional services fields.

What you’ll do
You’ll have the freedom to manage your own desk and define your commercial direction. We’ll trust you but give you the tools and support you need to succeed. By developing your own personal relationships with candidates and clients that include top-tier, national and international law firms, you’ll have the scope to become a leading market expert. You’ll have the opportunity to lead teams, pitch for new business and develop new markets.

Most of our consultants have been with us for at least 5 if not 10 years. We have low turnover rates, work hard, and we not only celebrate success, but we are rewarded for it.
